Pankh is a skill training and placement programme for differently abled persons, funded by TRRAIN Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India . The initiative focuses on providing vocational training, employability skills, and job placement support to help persons with disabilities become financially independent and also promotes inclusion by connecting trained candidates with suitable employment opportunities. Navjeevan Trust supports training delivery and placement coordination.
