The COVID-19 Information Sharing Centre (Helpline), supported by Caritas India and led by Navjeevan Trust, provided timely and reliable information during the pandemic. The initiative created awareness about COVID-19 safety measures, symptoms, and prevention, while helping people access health services, emergency support, and government schemes. Through helpline assistance and outreach, the programme reduced misinformation and promoted community safety and well-being.
