The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is an education initiative implemented by Navjeevan Trust,Rajkot through flexible learning opportunities for school dropouts and working learners. The programme allows students to complete secondary and senior secondary education through open and distance learning modes. It aims to promote inclusive education and provide second chances to those unable to attend regular schooling.
